Josh Lim has just called to inform me that he have landed at Miri Airport and on his way to Mega Hotel. Its a wet day in Miri and it doesn’t look like it will be dry event for Miri bloggers and online community this evening.
We should be expecting about 80 bloggers and non-bloggers to join us this evening. It should be fun..

Our forthcoming gathering have been officially announced across the Advertlets.com network on 06th Dec 2007. Thank you to Jimmy Chin for his comment. Yes, we welcome all bloggers and those with online presence from all walk of life, race or religion. Inline with our theme, We Are One Big Family, we hope to meet bloggers from Miri and neighbouring Brunei.

I received an email from Joshua Lim of Advertlets.com this morning to confirm their presence and sponsorship. They have generously and willingly to foot the food bill too. Besides that, Advertlets.com will publish across their network, our event and hopefully more Mirians from all walk of life, who have a blog, can join us for this BIG event.

Cupid, I have been to numerous online gathering and non (so far) uses name tag. And, when we go back, we could only remember faces and hardly the names or nick of those who joined.
It’ll be a small one, and not those that you hang around your neck LOL.

One mission: To gather the Miri bloggers and see what we have in common and how we could play a role to build Miri as a true Resort City inline with the extension of the Visit Malaysia Year.
And, of course, to make a little bit of cash from Advertlets.com … while we blog about Miri Resort City.
My hope is also to see the founders of the various portal born in Miri.
