By paying RM200 less per annum, will that makes the pick-ups owners, who are mainly business owners, agriculture product transporter to reduce the price of consumer items in rural areas? I doubt it very much.
Again, it seem that the Federal Government is not getting the correct picture from the East Malaysian states.
